Plans & Who It’s For


Unlimited (postpaid) — ideal for long stays, heavy data users, or homes without Wi-Fi. Choose the 5G tier for speed-sensitive tasks.


 


Prepaid “Packs” — good for shorter visits; recharge in the app and stop renewals with a quick text.

Buy & Activate



  1. Buy at the airport Level 0 Epic store (open 11:00–19:00) or any city branch. Bring your passport. The SIM card costs about €10.
  2. Insert & power on. Install the Epic Malta app to view usage and recharge.
  3. Quick start text: send WELCOME to 16200 to kick off an initial free period (if on Student; see below).


Student USIM


The Student SIM is offered via partner schools, and it’s packed with value for everyday campus life.

 A typical setup includes 50GB data + 17GB EU data and around 60 minutes of calls/SMS. You’ll get a 7-day free start, then it auto-renews every 14 days at about €4.49.

  • Start/Resume: text STUDENT to 16200.
  • Free start: text WELCOME to 16200 (7 days).
  • Pause: text STOPSTUDENT to 16200. USIM stays valid for up to 6 months.


Manage & Cancel

Prepaid “Pack” stop — send keywords to 16200: TALKSTOP, DATASTOP, VALUESTOP, or STOPSTUDENT depending on what you’re using.

Unlimited (postpaid) cancel — call 9999 9247, visit an Epic store with your passport, or use the app’s chat to schedule the cancellation at month-end.


Pricing & Value
